Jack has participated in certified organic production since 1989. We operate a mixed crop and livestock operation and maintain value added markets.
For the last ten years Jack has presented on the many facets of organic agriculture. His 30 years in the organic sector as a farmer, educator, ACA board member, and local OCIA chapter member give him a broad perspective of the organic marketplace. Jack especially enjoys engaging with new and beginning organic producers. Jack's agronomy background (BS, KSU 93') allows him to present technical aspects as well as the "nuts and bolts" of field scale organic production.
Jack is familiar with the organic scopes of crops, livestock, and handling.
